2 slices sourdough bread
2 tsp softened butter
2 tbsp chunky peanut butter
1 tbsp Blueberry Orange Spread
3 slices brie cheese, enough to cover the bread
- Spread 1 tsp of softened butter on each slice of sourdough bread.
- On the unbuttered sides, spread the peanut butter on one slice and the Blueberry Orange Spread on the other.
- Lay the brie cheese over the Blueberry Orange Spread then sandwich with the peanut butter-ed slice of bread.
- Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Once hot, sear the buttered sides of the sandwich until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted. Enjoy while warm!
